Dr Jennifer Andrews
Jennifer Andrews is a Brisbane-based visual artist and art educator, and Principal of Brizart. Jennifer has a Doctorate of Visual Arts (Griffith Uni 2021) and has run Brizart (an art school based in Brisbane’s western suburbs) since 1998. Jennifer’s doctoral studies involved extensive research, both practical and theoretical, into the perception and processes of drawing.
Jennifer encourages all her students to develop perception and skills through a drawing process of experimentation, application, and extension. Jennifer aims to nurture the artist within every student and delights in her students discovering their potential as artists.
